Personal data protection
Data collected through the membership form (name, phone, e-mail, city, type of activity) is used solely to process your membership request and to contact you.
The membership form is processed by Formspree, a third-party technical provider that receives and forwards the data you submit; its servers are located outside Ivorian territory. This transfer serves the sole purpose of processing your membership request.
This website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, an audience measurement tool that does not set any cookies and does not use fingerprinting techniques. It nevertheless processes visitors' IP addresses, for the sole purpose of measuring site traffic.
The Contact page embeds a Google Maps map (Google LLC), loaded only when that page is displayed: Google may then collect the visitor’s IP address and set cookies, under its own privacy policy.
This processing is governed by Ivorian law n°2013-450 of 19 June 2013 on the protection of personal data.
Retention period for membership data: 1 year.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by writing to info@anarekaci.com.
If disagreement persists over the processing of your data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Telecommunications/ICT Regulatory Authority of Côte d'Ivoire (ARTCI), the Ivorian supervisory authority for personal data protection.
